Success with White Cake Mix using Lemon Selzer as the egg replacement. Letting it cool for an hour
before flipping over worked great with no crumbling! Thanks to Living with an Egg Allergy for sharing
this egg-free cake.
Update: It turned out amazing and even held up with no crumbling in a Bundt pan. (I let it cool for about an hour before praying and flipping on to a plate).
Trying the soda cake with lemon seltzer today. Will update after my (now 15 year old) kiddo tries it
