It doesn’t have to be fancy. It just has to be safe. My youngest made this today with minimal help and it turned out adorable. This can be altered to suit any allergies. Use what works in your house- here’s the basic recipe to tweak with safe ingredients
2 cups heavy whipping cream (or alternative)
1 cup milk (or alternative)
3 cups cool whip (or alternative)
Save the last bit of cool whip to decorate the top!
Combine whipping cream, milk and pudding mix in large bowl and use an electric hand blender to mix until fluffy and happy, thick consistency. Your heart and stomach will tell you when it’s done
Add cool whip and do it again Trust your heart when it’s looking extra fluffy
Any safe Graham crackers or Chocolate cookies- measure w your heart on these bad boys. Pulse in food processor until nice and crumbly. Pour into pie plate w melted butter and mix until a cookie crust forms.
Decorate the top with whatever brings you joy. Chocolate chips in a circle brought us joy today
Pop that baby in the freezer for 2 or more hours.
Take out 30 minutes/1 hour prior to slicing.
