Made this kid friendly Avocado chocolate pudding today with my granddaughter. A bit messy to make but thought it was a good way to hide nut butters for challenges and good way to get some calcium and avocado into kids. It tastes just like chocolate pudding. Simply mash together 2 ripe avocados, 4 Tbs cocoa, 4 Tbs maple or agave syrup, 1/2 cup milk of choice ( regular, coconut, almond, cream) 1 tsp vanilla. It calls for 1 Tbs hemp or chia seeds, but since this was for a toddler I left them out. It would be great with nut butters and great as a dip for graham crackers or fruit.
